To get booked in with us please read all of the information below. We can’t wait to see you!
  • Please make sure you have read all of the session details before making your choice. If you click show/hide details under each option you will find all of the relevant information.
  • Please ignore the “Simple Booking” option.
  • Currently we can accept tables upto 6 people, from 6 different households. This will be adjusted in line with national guidelines.
  • Afternoon Teas MUST be booked 5 days in advance. If you choose a date earlier than this your booking may be cancelled.
  • All of our sessions are for set times and last for 2 hours with the exception of Sunday coffee and cake sessions which are for 1 hour.
  • Parties can be booked on Sundays from 2.30-4.30pm. This is for your party to exclusively hire and can be booked for 10-20 people. We can book for upto 25 people but please contact us directly to discuss bookings for between 20 and 25 people. Unfortunately parties cannot be booked on any other day.
  • Please adhere to the session start times. If you arrive early please wait outside in your car. If you arrive late unfortunately your session time can not be extended.
  • Our tables have a £5 deposit per person which will be redeemable against your bill on the day.
  • Please note only our Sunday Party Package prices include the price of ceramics. For any other Pottery Painting option the price of your chosen ceramic will be additional and payable at the end of your session.
  • Drinks, cakes and savouries are not included in the standard pottery painting or Sunday coffee and cake sessions. These can be ordered when you arrive and throughout your session and are payable at the end of your session.

We take a £5 deposit per person for our bookings. Deposits are non refundable but if notice is given more than 24 hours in advance of your booking then your deposit will be held for you to use on an alternative date within 3 months.

In the event of a coronavirus related lockdown and if we are forced to close, deposits will either be refunded or can be moved to an alternative date once re-opened.
