To get booked in with us please read all of the information below.
We can’t wait to welcome you!
- Please make sure you have read all of the session details before making your choice. If you click show/hide details under each option you will find all of the relevant information.
- Afternoon Teas must be booked 5 days in advance. If you choose a date earlier than this your booking may be cancelled.
- Please adhere to the session start times. If you arrive early please wait outside. If you arrive late unfortunately your session time can not be extended.
- Our tables have a £10 deposit per person which will be redeemable against your bill on the day.
- Party deposits are non-refundable
- Drinks, cakes and savouries are not included in the standard pottery painting. These can be ordered when you arrive and throughout your session and are payable at the end of your session.
Deposits
We take a £10 deposit per person for our bookings which are redeemable against your bill on the day for those who attend (Example: If you have booked for 4 but only 3 attend on the day the 4th deposit is non-redeemable)
We understand however that things happen and so if notice is given more than 24 hours in advance of your booking then your deposit will be held for you to use on an alternative date within 3 months. In the event of a cancellation deposits are non-refundable.
We take full payment for party bookings in advance and these are non-refundable. We would advise you to ensure you gather payments from your guests where possible.
Late Night Painting Sessions
At our Milford store, every Monday evening we run an ‘afternoon school painting’ session, 4:30pm – 6:30pm for anyone that is unable to make it for some painting within our normal hours!
On the first Thursday of the month and the last Tuesday of the month we run late night painting sessions, 6:00pm – 8:00pm.
At our Mcarthur Glen Cannock store we are open until 9pm Tuesdays- Saturdays and until 6.30pm on Sundays
